What? IntelliDwell does electrical rough-in too?

You betcha. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to coordinate high and low voltage electrical installations, compounded by the fact that many contractors haven't the slightest idea how to do both.

We do.

From temporary service and lighting to service entrance and branch circuitry, IntelliDwell can handle your regular electrical installation as well as the high-tech low voltage work.

IntelliDwell also works hand-in-hand with a wide variety of custom homebuilders. This reciprocating relationship allows us to do a consistently top-notch job without the complications often experienced by trades workers with respect to scheduling.

I have a great idea...can IntelliDwell make it happen?

Well, that's more easily said than done, but the short answer is "yes."

If you want us to build a time machine, you'll have to excuse us if we leave the room laughing. If you want us to build you a theater room that mimics a 1950's soda shop, count us in! We are not bound by anything but the laws of physics and the constraints of your budget.

Plainly put, if you can explain your home customization concept in English, we can make it a reality.

Heck, we'll give it a try in Spanish too, but expect a translation disclaimer in the contract!

So what is the IntelliDwell service area?

That's a great question! Glad you asked...it can be important.

IntelliDwell services a rather large geographic region including Northwest Ohio, Northeastern Indiana and Southern Michigan. If you live in one of these states but think you might be outside our servicable area, feel free to get in touch with us and we'll do our best to work something out. Granted, fuel prices will likely play a role in determining your specific service rates, but we strive to make sure that everyone is treated fairly.

Here are some of the cities included in our regular service area:

Indiana: Angola, Fremont, Orland, Clear Lake, Lake James, LaGrange, Kendallville, Auburn, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Goshen, Elkhart

Ohio: Toledo, Bryan, Defiance, Napoleon, Montpelier, Archbold, Van Wert
