Why does my status show "Processing" even though my label was created?
Each Intellidwell Sprinkler Controller is carefully hand-assembled, programmed, and rigorously tested to order to guarantee the highest quality. We generate your shipping label as the first step in the fulfillment queue. Your order will show "Processing" until we hand the physical package to the carrier and it receives its first scan.
How long does the "Processing" stage take?
Assembly and testing typically take between 1 to 3 business days depending on order volume. We appreciate your patience as we build your unit! You will receive an automated email as soon as the package is scanned by the shipping carrier.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number (e.g., IDW-10001) is located in the email confirmation you received at the time of purchase. If you cannot find your order number, you can also search directly using the carrier tracking number provided in your shipping email.
